TAMAR'S New Dress ...

 TAMAR ANGEVINE is a keeper.
Most especially since I have given her
my Great,Great Grandmother's name,
Tamar Angevine,born April 22, 1811.
married to Isaac W. Moseman.
HOPE I have not bored you too much.
Just maybe someone looking for her ancestry
and will find this bit of info...just maybe.
Then we can connect ...

It only took me 18 months to get this dress made ... I am a sad case.

Now she needs some undies...

NOT 18 months...I just finished her pantaloons!

Notice the 'Cluny Ric Rac' Trim
used at her neckline ... I love it.

Tamar is an I. W. inspired doll
learned in Dixie Redmond's online class.
Thanks Dixie!!!

Oh, Barbara (swooning) she's
gorgeous! Are you keeping her
or gifting/selling?
You can tell how much time &
effort you put into making her.
Hugs,
Susan

She's lovely Barbara - the fabric is perfect for her. I have WIPs that are a couple of years old so I now call them my "reference material" ..... makes it sound like I'm intentionally not finishing them (delusional?? I think so). Linda

Hi, Barbara:
Thank you for following my blog, I'm so honored that you want to.
I am loving the fact that you named her after your great-great-grandmother. Maybe someone from the other side of the family might be searching for you!
She's gorgeous!!
Hugs,
Susan

Hi Barb!
I read your post to me and yes that is the Lovers Knot pattern on my chair.
Isn't it fun to decorate!

Your Tamar is lovely, even without her pantaloons =)
I also love your Tombstone angel alphabet sampler.
You are quite the artist!

Hugs, Audrey

Hi Barb, hey thanks for following my blog. Not quite as exciting as yours with your awesome dollies that I truly love... ooohh, they are nice and if I only had a money tree. LOL.
That's so special that you have given this dolly your family history. She is spectacular! As a matter of fact, I love all your art :O)
